Do your homework. Check the company’s Web site, stock performance, annual report. Be familiar with its product and services. One employer reports that he is turned off by candidates who do not know the most basic facts about the company. If you were not bothered to prepare for an interview, it would raise serious questions about how well you will perform on the job.
做些功课。查看公司网站，股票表现，年度报告。熟悉它的产品和服务。一个雇主说，他不会考虑那些对公司最基本的情况都不了解的候选人。如果你不为面试做好准备，可能会影响你在工作上的表现。
Have your questions ready. At some points the interviewer will ask if you had any questions. Take advantage of that opportunity to find out anything you can about the job. You can also use this time to introduce any of your qualifications that haven’t come up yet in the interview.
